It focuses on encouraging young people and everyone else to rethink their steps and go an extra mile to challenge the status quo and create decent jobs to grow the economy. Ramrod graduates should, among other abilities, start to tie schooling to selfless service, top earnings, meaningful living, and discipline that helps to defray the ill thoughts that school does not pay anymore.
